Put the personal question in the right hands
Peptides and Prosecco gives no medical advice and sells nothing. I’ve kept this a place to read about the names and claims that come up between friends. It isn’t a way to book treatment, request a prescription or get symptoms assessed.
For a question about your own health
For a personal health question, contact a licensed U.S. clinician who can assess the concern. That can include a telehealth service able to prescribe when appropriate. Bring the name you heard and what is worrying you; the care questions page can help organize your thoughts.
For questions about an existing prescription, contact the professional responsible for that care. This guide can’t interpret a reaction, change a treatment plan or arrange follow-up. An urgent health concern needs urgent medical care, rather than more reading here.
For a question about something written here
The references page collects the research and official information used across the guide. Links in each discussion also take you to the source for that finding. That gives you a way to read further without trying to guess which study a sentence means. The source notes explain what each link adds, so you can choose where to spend your reading time.
When you open a source, look for who was studied and what they used. Then check what the researchers measured. A result can be interesting while answering a narrower question than you first expected. I keep those limits near the findings so you can read them together.
For a question about obtaining a substance
I don’t take orders, hold stock or arrange introductions to treatment providers. There are no product recommendations here. For a treatment question, the next useful conversation is about the health concern itself and whether an FDA-approved option fits.
If you’re still sorting out the vocabulary, the opening page is a good place to pick up the thread. You’re allowed to stop at understanding a word. Curiosity doesn’t have to turn into a treatment plan, and you don’t need to choose anything to make the reading worthwhile.
